We are here for you 24 hours a day: should you have any problems or doubts during your stay, please do not hesitate to come to the reception.
Contact us also if you need information about services such as excursions, recommended visits or vehicle rental.
You choose: semi-Olympic pool or recreational pool
We have two swimming pools for your choice:
. Whether you want to train during your holidays or simply want to relax swimming, our 25m pool is ideal for you.
. If your thing is to relax and sunbathe or play with your little ones in the pool, you will love our pool in the solarium area.
Fun for all ages
Our entertainment programme is designed for all our guests to have a great time.
For the little ones we also have a children's room: we want them to have fun at all times.
Moments of well-being
Sauna, steam room, hot spring circuit, ice fountain... Treat yourself to a well-deserved moment of relaxation in our spa. Discover our menu of body and beauty treatments: you deserve a moment for yourself. Access for 7+ guests (from 7 to 15 years old at specific times).
Opening hours: from 10:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00
Opening hours for children: from 11.00 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 17h
Guests under 7 years old are not allowed.
* One day a week (Thursday) the water area is closed for maintenance.
Stay active during your holidays
Keep working out during your holidays: all Ferrer Janeiro guests can use the fully equipped and spacious gym of our Hotel & SPA Ferrer Concord, which is just 50 meters away.
(Access allowed for 16+ guests).

Your bike always safe
We know that looking after your bicycle is very important, that's why we put at your disposal our 24h garage service.
Your bike will be well maintained, a few meters from the hotel and available anytime you want to go out for a ride.
*Until 05/15 it is necessary to reserve a package to be able to use the garage.
It has cycling packages (maxi & mini) with professional mechanic’s service (until 15.05).
